How Do I Order?
Ordering beauty products from BeautyClicks.com is easy! Simply search by brand, category or keyword for your desired products. Click on the picture for product details and pricing. Once you have determined the available size and/or other options, click “ADD TO CART” to add the item to your shopping cart. When you’re finished, click “CHECKOUT” to review your order and to calculate your shipping costs. You will then be prompted to enter your username and password or to open up a new account. After your shipping method has been determined you will then be able to choose your payment method. Finally, finalize your order by clicking “CONFIRM AND PROCESS” to obtain an invoice number, simultaneously you will receive an email confirming your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number (if available) and other updates concerning your shipment.
Can I Place My Order by Phone?
Yes, we are happy to accept orders by phone. Simply call toll free 1-866-302-3288 between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday and we will be happy to assist you. Remember, we accept online orders 24 hours 7 days a week.
How Do I Pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout.
When Will You Charge My Credit Card?
Credit cards, PayPal and Google Checkout will be charged when the order is placed.
Is There a Minimum Order?
No, there is no minimum order.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We process and ship 99.7% of orders within 12 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Unless you have selected UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day delivery, please allow up to seven business days for your shipment to arrive.
Can I Change My Order? Or Cancel It?
At BeautyClicks.com, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change quantities, add or delete items, change the shipping method or cancel your order, please contact us at sales@beautyclicks.com immediately after placing your order. Because of lags in time zones and shipping times, your item may already be in transit at the time you cancel your order. In that case, your credit card will be refunded (minus the cost of shipping) once you return the item to us.
Can a Single Order Go to More Than One Address?
Sorry, we can ship to only one address per order. Please place a separate order for each address. Of course, we can have different “ship to” and “bill to” addresses.

Can I Return a Product?
Satisfaction is always guaranteed at BeautyClicks.com. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it to our fulfillment center within 30 days of purchase in exchange for store credit, or we will refund the cost to the credit card used to purchase the item or back to your PayPal or Google Checkout account.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any product that has been opened or used, except in the rare instance that a product may be defective. Brushes, irons, combs, hair ornaments, makeup and products with open seals are nonrefundable. Refunds will be processed within five days of receipt. The original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.
How Do I Return a Product?
To Return a Product:- Please print and include the return/exchange authorization form along with the original box that the product was shipped in.
- Return the product to the address listed on the return authorization form.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Can I Return an Opened Product?
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any product that has been opened or used, except in the rare instance that a product may be defective. Brushes, irons, combs, hair ornaments, makeup and products with open seals are nonrefundable.
Can I Return a Damaged Shipment?
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge. Please send an e-mail describing the damage to sales@beautyclicks.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on returning the damaged package. In the meantime, save all packaging, contents and the invoice.SHIPPING
Where Do You Ship?
We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes, residential addresses, commercial addresses, APO/FPO military addresses and 160 countries.
Can You Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can. These orders will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service.
Do You Ship to Military Addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Orders will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, standard ground shipping is free on orders of $75 or more within the continental United States.
