If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it to our fulfillment center within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, or we will refund the cost to the credit card used to purchase the item or back to your PayPal or Google Checkout account.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any product that has been opened or used, except in the rare instance that a product may be defective. Brushes, irons, combs, hair ornaments, makeup and products with open seals are nonrefundable. Refunds will be processed within five days of receipt. The original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.
To Return a Product:
Please print and include the return exchange authorization form along with the original box that the product was shipped in. Return the product to the address listed on the return authorization form. Please note:Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged Shipments:
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge. Please send an email describing the damage to orders@beautyclicks.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on returning the damaged package. In the meantime, save all packaging, contents and the invoice.
